What's best other than having your closest and dearest friends to be part of your wedding day?
My Maid of Honor is my best friend from university and my bridesmaids are still "in the family": my husband's sister, my sister-in-law, and my husband's cousin who are all so close and dear to my heart. There's supposed to be another matron of honor who is my other best friend from university. But she just took her role as a new mom, so she was 'excused.'
My Maid of Honor and I have been friends for more than 12 years. I can't stop thinking of how fast time flies.
